PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your right to privacy.  Any information you give us is strictly confidential.  We do not exchange, share, sell or rent, any of the information we obtain from you, with anyone except our affiliates.  We use your information for the sole purpose of completing your sale.  Further, we do not send you unsolicited email-ads or site update information, unless you have subscribed to our mailing list.  We want you to know that you can visit and shop with us without reservation.  Earning your confidence and trust is essential to our continued success.
 
SUBSTITUTIONS

We reserve the right to update product designs, or substitute patterns or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers.  Items illustrated are stock photos, as representative, as possible, of the product pattern and colors offered.  Due to variations in individual web browser and monitor settings, colors may vary widely from the pictures.  Since many of our items are custom, hand-made when ordered; no two finished items are identical, so patterns and design positions will vary slightly.  All the sizes of products indicated or shown are close approximations and since there is no industry standard for collar or clothes sizes, PLEASE measure your dog directly and not order based on a previous purchase (like an old collar).   Although our staff of proofreaders works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

LIMITED SUPPLIES/QUANTITIES

Although we make every effort to maintain well stocked inventories, many of our items are limited edition patterns or fabrics and supplies may be limited.  Due to the high volume of orders, some of our suppliers may have difficulty keeping up with demand, so we can not guarantee there will be sufficient quantities of all items ordered.  We will ship whatever stock is available and offer you available alternatives or refund any excess payments.  If additional stock is expected within a reasonable period, we will back order the remaining items and ship when they are available.

DISCRIMINATION

It is our policy to simply discourage and not tolerate discrimination of any type.

PRICES

Our policy is to offer you the lowest prices possible for the highest quality products. Prices like availability are subject to change without notice.

Pictures and images on this site are copyrighted and may not be downloaded or copied without written authorization.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We charge a flat rate of $7.00 per order for Domestic shipping.  Your paid-in-full order will normally be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.  However, many items are made when ordered, so allow approximately one week for manufacture and up to two weeks for shipping.  We reserve the right to make partial shipments.  If you have a specific requested maximum delivery date, please indicate that in the comments section of your order at checkout and we will try to accommodate you, if possible.   International orders may require additional S&H charges, these will be determined after you place your order--we will send you a PayPal Invoice for the Additional charges and an email explaining your options.  International orders may take longer for delivery, depending on the "ship to destination."  Customer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs imposed by the country of destination.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via PayPal Secure Shopping Cart.  Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale accounts are welcome—contact us for information or to establish an account.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

ALL Sales are Final, no refunds or returns are allowed, except as indicated above (i.e., out-of-stock items), or if we made the mistake.   We reserve the right to allow returns for exchange only, at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis.  No returns will be accepted by us or any of our suppliers without an approved RMA Number issued by us—except for those items with a lifetime guarantee.  Requests for exchange or return must:

1)       be made directly to Lori at Poi Dog Collars, via email or phone, within 7 days of delivery.

2)       items must be in new, unused condition.

3)       Items must have original tags, labels attached.

4)       Will require a 20% restock fee.

5)       Buyer pays all shipping.
